Ordering / Payment

Can I change/cancel my order?

We will refund cancelled orders within 14 days. We are unable to cancel your order if it is in despatch at our  warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address please either amend whilst ordering the item, or send an email to info@allboxedup.co as soon as possible after the order has been placed. We are unable to change your delivery address for any item/s which are being packed within our warehouse (In despatch), or have already been shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. At the checkout, simply give input your credit card details. Our website is SSL certified and none of your payment details are visible to us at any time.  We use WorldPay and their partners to facilitate all transactions.    

How can I be sure your products are authentic?

We guarantee that all of the boxes we create and sell at All Boxed Up Media:

  • are completely new
  • are 100% genuine - manufactured by the named brands, in keeping with their high quality standards.

What does the box look like?

Goods will be packed in a nondescript cardboard box with suitable materials for protection

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we deliver to all of the UK and Northern Ireland. 

How long will it be before I receive my delivery?

When you purchase, we’ll acknowledge your order. We estimate that your goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days, although some products can take up to 21 days.

If we think there’s going to be a delay with your order, we’ll send an email to let you know.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges are specified for each product and clearly labelled on the site

How can I track the process of my order?

Once your parcel/s have been shipped from our warehouse, our delivery partner Hermes will send you an email to advice of your parcel's progress. If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of receiving this email, please contact our customer service team. Please also check all your e-mail folders for our despatch advice confirmation as it may go to your spam or junk folder.

Can I gift my order?

Yes, providing you have sent us the person’s address to receive the item as a gift in the delivery address box we can send as a gift but we cannot include a gift note either sent in by you or created in our warehouse.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You will have 14 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be in good condition.  Some items (such as food items) cannot be returned.  We ask that seals on all products remain intact

Cost of returns

Returning items is your responsibility along with any expenses this will incur unless there is a fault. We strongly advise that you send it via tracked mail when returning your order. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse.

When will I be refunded?

We will process your refund within 14 working days of you posting your return. 

My item is wrong/faulty, what should I do?

How do I know my payments are secure?

All Boxed Up Media uses a secure payment service by Elavon.  Our website is fully SSL certified.

Will my personal information be safe?

Yes. We hold all personal information in the strictest confidence and guarantee that we won’t pass it on to a third party. At no time will we transfer or store your payment details through the All Boxed Up Media computing system.

Patch Test

All Boxed Up and our partner brands make every effort to ensure that their product formulas are free of as many common allergens as possible. However, our recommendation is that you carry out a patch test when using any new product to detect any potential allergy.

Apply the product to an area of your skin, such as behind your ear, leave on the skin for 48 hours. If you have any redness, swelling or discomfort remove the product immediately from the skin with water and cease all use. Any reaction means that you are likely allergic to one or multiple ingredients in the product.
